Old_Ballet_Dude's BioHi all,I'm a 54 year old guy from the NY City area. I've never danced a day in my life, nor have I been much for keeping active. But, I have had a life long interest in ballet and I finally decided to give it a try. After having taken just a few ballet classes, I have tremendous respect for all those that dance and even more for those that choose to make a living as a ballet dancer. All their work, sweat, pain, isolation and dedication is not wasted when they perform. My only regret is I didn't do this 30 years ago!!! Please forgive me if I ask questions that you might think have obvious answers. I'm the type of person who will always ask questions in order to learn more. I feel that everyday we learn something new, it is a good day. Best wishes to all of you who lucky enough to be a part of the world of ballet!! Friends of Old_Ballet_Dude
