Hiya my name is Abbie Rose Cook. I love to dance and my Dance school is called Marie Lao School of dance and we're based in Newport South Wales.

My Fab teachers are Miss Marie Lao and Miss Nicole Coley Lao They are the best

I have just moved into champs for solo and im in u12 inter slow and U12 Pairs with Maisie Hargreaves

I love going to comps with the rest of the Laos & my mum Amy.

I have twin brothers called Tom & Dan aged 12 and my dads name is Shaun. They enjoy watching me dance too and also enjoy going fishing and boxing
