My name is Amie and I dance in Adult starters, adult inter pairs. I go to Tucana Dance school, in Suffolk.
If you see me at a comp come over and say HI! a pic of me in my solo costume is in my pics.

A dancer must always smile when he or she are dancing.
A dancer must stretch properly before dancing at a competition.
A dancer must always dance like there is no tomorrow.
A dancer must always try hard in classes and in competitions.
A dancer must look and feel good when they are dancing.
A dancer must always congratulate the other people in your section.
A dancer must always cheer for your friends while they are dancing
