Alassin_Sane's Bio

I am a 30 year old recreational dancer from the North East of England.

I did tap, ballet and jazz for years as a child but quit as my school wasn't a good fit. I started dancing again in 2009 at a different studio (ballet, tap and jazz again), and have rediscovered my love for dance! I currently have grades 1-3 in all three subjects with NBDO and I am working on grade 4 tap. A few years ago, I started dancing en pointe.

At the end of 2015, I competed for the first time and placed with both routines - 1st for tap duet and 3rd (out of 16!) for ballet solo.

I was a member of the last incarnation of the VIS here on DDN, taking ballet, piano, Ukrainian and stretching / conditioning as a member of Attitude Dorm

Outside of dance, I'm very much into music (I play various instruments and compose), art and video games (on Xbox Live and PSN as AlassinSane13 - please feel free to send me a friend request).
