alicialisa's Bio

I never danced as a child but fell in love with dance at the ripe old age of 23! Tap was my forte but I immediately wanted to explore other styles. I've taken many tap, jazz and ballet classes but Tap remains foremost in my heart. I belong to a tap group that performs around Cleveland, OH and has become a fantastic group of friends.

I began teaching a few years ago but gave it up after a bad experience. This year I started again at age 35 and am LOVING it at a new studio. I enjoy teaching adults as that's how I learned but this year I've taken on little ones as well and am liking my Creative Movement classes far more than I ever expected to. I can't wait to experience more and more teaching of various ages and styles through the coming years
