Arak's Bio

I am a ballet dancer and a massage therapist. I made the transition after a double foot injury in college, and the subsequent struggle to find healthcare professionals who understood what I needed from my body as a dancer. I saw a need, and decided to fill it. I work with dancers and other athletes for injury prevention and recovery, muscle maintenance, and performance enhancement. I've toured internationally with a major dance show in this capacity.

I love dance, and it will always be a part of my life. I dance whenever I can, and when I can't, I help others to dance.
