BrandonSears's Bio

I have experience teaching ballet, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, and hip-hop. I am currently an Equity Membership candidate and have worked professionally as an Actor, Singer, Dancer, and Model in theatre, cruise ships, international tours, ballet companies and commercials. I have worked with New Harmony Equity Theatre as a choreographer, leading actor, ensemble member, singer and dancer. I have taught jazz and choreographed for Milwaukee Ballet School and performed with Milwaukee Ballet, Midland Festival Ballet, and taught and danced with Evansville Dance Theater. I have in the past studied at Boston Conservatory, Gus Giordano Dance, and Boston Ballet, and at Evansville Dance Theater under the tutelage of Mr. Keith J. Martin, former principal with England's Royal Ballet and B. J. Martin former soloist with San Francisco Ballet. I am an extremely dedicated, passionate, and professional. I am currently a dancer with Nashville Ballet II.

In an article in Evansville's Courier and Press Roger McBain wrote: “Brandon Sears showed off his powerful physique and nice technique (...) in an Arabian Dance that was beautifully athletic, sensuous and exotic without ever pandering to the erotic.”

On April 22, 2009 staff writer of University of Southern Indiana's Student Newspaper The Shield, Clare Pratt wrote "Ruckiregel ... has considerable chemistry with her neighbor/crush, John Truitt, played excellently by Brandon Sears.
