buffercheen's Bio

I'm working towards becoming a tap teacher in my own right, whilst studying to be a modern/jazz and ballet teacher if I can too.
I had a break in my dance training due to various life circumstances, between the ages of 15-21 and 24-31! I started back with freestyle dance and after training and competing for over a year, I completely snapped my achilees tendon.
I thought there was a chance I would never dance again and realised that by hook or by crook, I needed to find a school who would allow me to carry on with my teacher training!
I have been extremely blessed with the people I have found around me, who have taken me seriously! I am due to start teaching 4-7 year olds in september 2009 and continue to train, take and pass the exams I need!
