Dance4the1's Bio

Dance is a big part of my life. I dance Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Tap and am starting pointe this year. I'm going into my second year of the intensive program at a Christian dance studio in Manitoba and Highland with a private teacher, just recently becoming a premier. I think that dance is an awesome form of Worship to God and a great way to meet new people. I don't know where I would be without my community of friends at dance. Dance draws us closer together with each other, to God and is a great way to minister to others, whether it be through dancing in church services or teaching classes..
Our dance team just came back from as missions trip to the Dominican Republic. We shared and taught some of our dances to the kids and teens there who love to dance but can't afford classes, and the Teens taught us one of their own dances as well- I think we learned just as much, if not more than they did! The great thing was that dance has no language barrier, it's something we can take with us everywhere and use it to connect with people all walks of life, all around the world.
