dancer_meggs's Bio

I've been dancing since 8th grade when I was on the school dance team. I began taking classes at public school and that was a mix of ballet, jazz, modern, partner dances, hip-hop, modern, and lyrical. I moved and they don't have dance at the school so I now dance at Dance City once a week in the Jr. Ballet Technique class as that is all we can possibly afford. I practice everyday after school ( I have a big yard for leaps now ) This summer I plan to take beginning pointe with the instructors consent.

I'm going to do color guard next year, if I make the team anyway. I've been practicing with a broom and I'm getting a flag and a flag-pole for Christmas !!!!

I'll be the first to critisize myself, and sometimes I over do it. But then again I can sometimes be really cocky, expecially about my flexiblity!

I'm very religious, for a teenager anyway, and I recognize that we should treat people in the way that Jesus Christ has set out and try to be accepting of other people--hate the sin, not the sinner. I know I can be judgemental, but I will always try to help a brother out when I possibly can.

I'm all for my family. Seriously I don't care much for friends as my family is soo tight-knit that I don't need people outside of the family. I'm like my baby brother's second mother and I'm honestly mistaken for his mother in stores constantly(it's a little embarrising ).

I'm graduating a year early, next year and then I'll be going for my LPN (so I can make a decent pay in my under-grad) and then go for my pre-med degree and THEN Medical school, I plan on being an OB-GYN. I would love to do a double major in dance and Pre-med, but I think I'll have to settle for a minor as I'll be so swamped down I won't have time for 2 majors!

I want dance to stay a constant part of my life, and if I have anytime at all in medical school, I plan on taking adult classes as a "destressor" type of thing.

Alright so that should seriously be my life story, and future life story!

Between Ballet and my LPN I make a fair living. I have danced on stage, in Canada, USA, Europe, Spain and The Russian Federation. Do to problems in the past; I have not posted much information on myself as you can see by reading my profile.

I have an LPN's license, but find that now I work as an LPN less and less as I dance more and more. Being busy in Ballet is wonderful but after a while you do get tired traveling. I plan on taking some time off from the Ballet and getting my RN com
