danielbaine_3's BioSince the age of 13, Daniel has been in front of an audience dancing and entertaining. From dancing for a public speaking grade in front of his 8th grade class to dancing in front of a large group of people at various venues in the area, Daniel has always loved to entertain.Daniel got interested in dancing when he saw artists dancing in their music videos on MTV. From there he practiced everyday until he acheived one of his goals; teaching a dance class. At 16 he started teaching and choroegraphing for Susan Barnes Dance in Carbondale, IL. After 5 years Daniel is not only teaching his own Hip Hop classes, he is the director and head choreographer for the SBD Hip Hop Crew. Aside from teaching at SBD, Daniel has choreographed several musicals for high schools, colleges, and universities. He has also choreographed for several high school dance teams. Daniel has received numerous awards for his choreography and dances. Daniel was featured in and co-choreographed for a music video for Chicago artist Mandi. To keep current with the new moves in LA, each year he attends several workshops including Monsters of Hip Hop in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, St. Louis, and Orlando and the LA Hip Hop Intensive at Debbie Allen Dance Academy in LA. There he learns from the top choreographers in the business including Dave Scott (Step Up 2 & 3), Marty Kudelka (Justin Timberlake), Tabitha & Napoleon D'Umo (So You Think You Can Dance), Spellman Sisters (America's Best Dance Crew / Iconic Crew), Chuck Maldonado (Stomp The Yard), and Hip Hop legends Mr. Wiggles and Poppin'Pete to name a few. Along with his extensive training in Hip Hop, Daniel has been trained in Jazz, Tap, Modern, and correct technique. Now Daniel owns his own business, RhythmEffects, where he offers choreography, master classes, workshops, and more.
