Hello to all dancers in the world. I am an old guy and still doing ballet! I probably started way latter than most at 18. I worked very hard to be in good enough shape to get into a comany but I did it cause I love ballet. It was indeed love at first try, though I wanted to try danceing for as long as I can remember. I faced as most guys do the "you can't do that". "If you ballet your gay". fights during school (high school) not a great way to keep motivated. I eventualy broke twisted or wore out everything and stopped dance altogether. After years away and surgery to fix things, I am back, just taking class though 3 times a week, I will never stop agin!
I am glad to see that the amount of men in dance is increasing that is a very good sign.
