JoyNoelle's Bio11/14/10Who knew brain surgery could be so debilitating?!  Oh well, I love my craniotomy scar! Now if the right side of my head would ever regain feeling...that would be great. If you're still using windoze--and I have no idea why anyone would!--and want to see what you're missing by not using Linux, have a look at this blog post entitled, A Linux user wonders, can Windows do this?. (That's a rhetorical question, by the way, as windoze cannot even BEGIN to compare.) Look at the screenshots--be sure to view the large versions--to see some great desktop effects windoze users don't even know they can dream about, because Micro$oft hasn't stolen the concepts yet. Among the desktop effects are 3D cubes/spheres, where each side of the cube represents another desktop. (Multiple desktops are something we've had in the UNIX/Linux world for several decades. Windoze? Still too stupid to emulate the concept!) Please feel free to browse and download the free avatars from my web site.
