kristinasisak's Bio

I am a graduate of Texas State University (2004). I have a degree in Dance Education with a minor in Business Adminstation. I am currently teaching Ballet and Tap at a private studio in Kyle, Texas. I also do free-lance choreography for high schools, colleges, and private companies. Formally trained in hawkins technique, modern dance is where my heart is. I am very comforatable teaching ballet, though, and because the demand for experienced yet FUN ballet teachers is high in my area, I teach more ballet than anything else.

My favorite age group to teach is high school and above, but I also enjoy youger kids. Right now, I have 7-10 years old, and adult classes.

Eventually, I would like to own a private studio/company. I am working as much as I can to save up for that dream. In addition to teaching dance, I also work as a legal assistant in New Braunfels, Texas. Part of my education focused on Business, and I am very comfortable in an office setting.
