Just started back at dancing! Going to classes at the amazing URBAN DANCE COMPANY!! its run by the fabulous Penny and Louise, and I'm so glad that I'm being taught by them again! everyone has been really nice to me and the dancers are all AMAZING!!! maybe one day soon I'll be able to do comps again! woop!


So, A bit about me then.......

my real name is Mandi, I'm 24 (still only feel 16 at times tho!)

I spent last summer working out in france as a manager for a camping company. it was immense and I cant wait to go back next year! WOOP WOOP!

at the moment, im back in the UK, just moved into a new house in worcester which is pretty much like a building site!

I've just left my job, its a long story, that I dont really want to go into now. Im now doing some temping work, its cool as it pays the bills and I meet loads of cool people. suits me quite well. I'm also trying to follow one of my dreams right now. Im applying to go study social work at uni. I'll keep you guys posted.


just having some fun atm, not looking to settle down for a while. the whole relationship thing scares me somewhat, I've had a few bad experiences that have scarred me for a while. I love when people are in love, it looks so nice. hopefully one day that'll be me?!

I Became an aunt for the first time last july, he's called finlay jack and he's amazing! I love him more everyday! look at my pics if you want to see him! He lives in Abu dhabi now, so I haven't seen him for a while. I miss him more than I've ever missed anyone.

Dancing is my obsession!

I started dancing when I was six (competitions at Seven).

I did freestyle disco (solos, pairs, teams), slow, street, rocknroll, ballroom, latin and the lambaba (once n dont ask!)


I stopped dancin when I was seventeen cause i hurt my back. however if theres music on i will dance (sometimes ill dance even wen there isn't any music!!) never go shopping with me, I'll just dance around the store!

In fact I danced my way through last summer! BOM BOM BOM!! if you love singing and dancing, work for a camping company! hahahaha! we even performed the YMCA and grease on stage for the customers!

I was a trainee teacher for a while, I did PE. and I did street dance classes for the kids, Im not sure who enjoyed it more, me or them! I've just started doing a few classes at the moment, but hoping to maybe compete again!!

I'm pretty hyper most of the time and love trying new things!Its taken me a long time to get to where I am, and be happy within myself.I've had depression for several years, I've self harmed, I've had issues with drugs and alcohol (now I can drink responsibly, and im very proud of that fact!) I've had issues with food, issues with myself and my parents (who hasn't??) I still have bad days, but im getting there! I really do feel more comfortable with whats in my head and what I see in the mirror.

Last year I was diagnosed as having ME/CFS. I'm slowly learning to deal with it and my life has altered so much since then. but I know there are worse things that I could have!



My plans for this yr are to
buy a new car (yayyayyay!),
race for life,
finally unpack all my stuff! - DONE!!!
bungee jump for charity,
skydive for charity,
road trip to france and Italy,
visit my sis in Abu Dhabi/Dubai,
HAVE FUN!!!
oh yeah, and join a dance class - DONE!!!
