Heyy my name is Taylor but most of my friends call me Tee or Tay. I am a Larraine Susa dancer and very proud. This is my 10th year. I take tap, lyrical, hip hop, jazz, theater, and ballet. I also love contemporary but my studio does not offer it. I have only done it at conventions. Speaking on conventions, my absolute favorite is definitly Jump!! I greatly admire the faculty, Mike Minery, Kimy McSwain, Dan Karaty, Mandy Moore, Nick Lazarini, Dee Caspary, and Danny Tidwell. I won a tap scholarship this past year and was supposed to be going to Slide in NYC, but turned it down after being offered to attend the Rockette Experience. I really wanted to go to Nuvo this past year also but my pictures were on the same days as it, so i sadly could not go. Laurie Kanyok was a former Larraine student and i also admire her for all of her great accomplishments. She is very nice and talented. I compete at American Dance Awards, Dance Masters, and Rising Star. I have won a platinum, numerous gold, and high silvers. I came in 3rd and 4th place overall top Pa soloist for the past two years and I am hoping to move up the rank this coming competition. Other dancers that I someday hope to have the honor of meeting include Brian Friedman, Mia Michaels, Neil Haskell, Pasha Kovalev, Wade Robson, Tyce Diorio, Lauren Gottileb, Benji Schwimmer, Mark Meismer, and Travis Wall. I have made many wonderful friends through dance, some of my besties including Rebecca, Kassie, Hannah, and Morgan. When I get older I hope to attend either Point Park or University of Buffalo to persue both a teaching and dance teaching career. I know it would be a very busy, active schedule, but thats how I like it. Without dance, I don't know how I could have gained the confidence and belief in myself that I now have. I can do anything I want to do if I practice at it.
