Hi everyone on DDN i am a Highland Dancing mum from Scotland, and i have also taught for 25yrs until a few years ago,i had to give up teaching due to bad health.

At weekends i go to Competitions,Championships and Highland Games with my daughter Abby,she competes at Premier Championship Level.

Abby won her first Championship at Newcastle aged nine,she has won a Gold Medal at Cowal which is every dancers Dream, she also qualified for the Worlds at Cowal in 2006.

Abby attends F.Paterson School of Dancing in Edinburgh on a tuesday and Wednesday


I have made alot of friends on DDN and also when Abby is competing in Scotland,England and Overseas.Friendship in Highland Dancing means alot to Abby and myself

Yes, Saskatoon is a nice city and there will be lots going on when you all come! I will probably be working at the event most of the time so it will be very busy! But if you need anything let me know! Sheri
